US Biometrics Corporation Has Partnered With Austin Biometrics And Is Awarded Contract with the State of Texas through Texas Multiple Award Schedule Program (TXMAS) as an Authorized State Supplier.
NAPERVILLE, IL – July 30, 2008 - US Biometrics and its sub-contractor partner – Austin Biometrics - have been awarded a supply contract through the Texas Multiple Award Schedule Program to provide key fingerprint biometric products to the various departments in the Texas State Government. Texas Procurement and Support Services (TPASS) awards and manages hundreds of statewide contracts on behalf of more than 200 state agencies and 1,700 local government agencies. US Biometrics has named Austin Biometrics as its authorized Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) dealer. The statewide HUB Program facilitates the use of HUBs in state procurement and provides information on the state’s procurement process to minority and woman-owned businesses.

· AccessQ™ – Biometric access control for physical entrances. These devices include a rugged construction, two-factor authentication capabilities, indoor/outdoor features, and Numerical Access Control availability (NAC) which make them standouts in the marketplace.
· CentralQ™ – With each AccessQ installation, this centralized repository and management system stores and controls biometric information as well as other credentials. There is also a reporting mechanism for creating an audit trail of who used what entrance and when.
